What’s included in the monthly bookkeeping plan?
Bank and credit-card reconciliation, monthly close, income statement, balance sheet, and ongoing Q&A support.
How quickly do you close the books each month?
Typically within 10 business days after we receive required documents.
Can you take over if my books are behind or messy?
Yes. We handle catch-up and clean-up first, then move into a steady monthly rhythm.
Do you track job costs or project profitability?
Yes. We set up categories to track costs by job, client, or location and report on margins.
Cash Flow & Payments (AP/AR)
Do you offer cash flow forecasting or just reporting?
Both. We track trends and forecast inflows and outflows so you can plan with confidence.
Can you pay my vendors directly (Accounts Payable)?
Yes, with your approval. We manage the process in secure bill-pay tools so you keep control.
Can you help collect overdue invoices (Accounts Receivable)?
Yes. We manage reminders, statements, and follow-ups while keeping communication professional.
Security & Technology
Which accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online plus integrated tools for bill pay, invoicing, document sharing, and approvals.
How do you handle confidentiality and data security?
Encrypted cloud storage, role-based access, and regular backups. Access is limited to authorized team members.
