Flexible Plans Built Around Your Business

Our pricing is simple, flexible, and transparent. We offer four core service categories that can be customized to fit your business. You choose what you need, and we build a plan around it. Packages can scale up or down as your business changes. Pricing is based on transaction volume and complexity, with any third-party tools (bill pay, invoicing, document management, etc.) passed through at cost—no markups, no surprises.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services

  • $450 – $1,250 per month

    Price is determined by the number of bank/credit card accounts and # of monthly transactions.

  • $1,250 – $2,400 per month

    For businesses with more than 400 transactions each month or customized for multi-entity, job costing tie-outs and custom reporting packs.

  • $300 - $2,000 per month

    Add this to our monthly bookkeeping if you need to see true costs by job and phase with margins you trust. We align your chart of accounts to field reality, tie time, materials, and subs back to the job, and produce WIP and margin views that help you price and schedule better. Services include change order and extra tracking, phase-level rollups, WIP snapshots.

  • $250 – $450 per historical month ($1,500 minimum)

    Messy file? We bring it current and fix what’s broken. Expect clean reconciliations, corrected classifications, and a simple memo of what we changed and why. You get dependable books and a fresh starting line through reconciles, reclasses, balance-sheet tie-outs, fixed asset and loan schedules.

  • $900 – $2,400 one-timefee (size and complexity dependent).

    We build a chart of accounts that fits your work, connect banks and apps, and document the workflow so your team actually uses it. Program includes QBO setup, app integrations, basic SOPs and user permissions.

  • $1,800 – $4,500/monthly retainer or $180 – $240/hour for project-based services

    When you need more than bookkeeping, we add finance discipline without corporate bloat. Budgets, rolling forecasts, pricing and margin analysis, and what-ifs that inform real decisions. Program includes: quarterly forecast refresh, board-ready summaries and basic capital planning.

  • $600 – $1,500 per year-end package, depending on entities and schedules.

    Hand your CPA a clean package and move on. We produce tie-outs, schedules, and answers so tax season doesn’t derail you. Program includes required documentation, 1099 support and lender-ready statements.

Cash Flow Management

  • $350 - 900 per month.

    Includes 13-week cash forecast, variance notes and simple scenario testing.

Invoice & Collect

  • $500 – $1,000 per month

    Up to 60 invoices per month and a standard reminder schedule (Day 7/21/30).

  • $1,000 – $2,200 per month

    More than 60 invoices and additional personal outreach steps as necessary.

Bill Pay

  • $400 – $900 per month

    Up to 60 bills per month, 1 approver and bills paid through ACH. Processing fees (payment processors, postage, or third-party subscriptions you approve) are passed through at cost.

  • $900 – $2,000 per month

    More than 60 invoices, COI and lien-waiver holds/releases, terms management, discount capture and milestone payment calendars.
