What's included
Each month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize every transaction, and close your books. You get financial statements that show what actually happened. We catch misclassifications and duplicate entries before they become problems, and at year-end we prepare everything your CPA needs so tax season stays simple.
How pricing works
Your rate depends on two things: how many accounts we're reconciling and how many transactions run through them each month. A business with two accounts and 40 transactions costs less than one with five accounts and 400 transactions. We review your setup, quote you a flat monthly rate, and that number stays the same unless your business changes significantly.
